  by Todd Wilkening | Sep 17, 2013

A new reporting tool just might help facility managers and hospital CEOs better understand one another’s needs, says Todd Wilkening, chair of Benchmarking 2.0 Committee, in the most recent edition of FaciltyCare. Many facility managers (FMs) have embraced the concept of “if you want something done, do it yourself.”

Now is the FM’s time to become bilingual in terms of the business of healthcare and facilities management simultaneously… there’s “ah hum” moments, says Wilkening.
