HCI Sponsors Study on future of Facilities Operations
  by Beth Leibson | Sep 26, 2014

Hospital closures, mergers, and experimental forays into new delivery models are becoming a way of life. Unfortunately, many healthcare systems and most independent hospitals have very little practical experience in mergers and acquisitions of this scale. None of us are truly prepared for the pace of change that we are experiencing.

The IFMA Health Care Institute (HCI) has commissioned this survey to gain a better understanding of how our industry can cope with these changes. In addition, we hope the information gathered will provide Facilities Professionals with knowledge on how to better position ourselves to provide value to our organizations.

The survey takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. Anyone who participates will get the results. These data will be used as a tool to advocate for peer-to-peer best practice sharing and help you champion your department in the new healthcare landscape.

The survey is available on Survey Monkey, at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/HCI_Facility_Survey
